New Cannot create a sim contact on MIUI V5+V6

Hi Guys

I am owner of Mi2 and Mi4
On Mi2 i have MIUI V5 installed.
On MIUI V6 i have latest MIUI ROM 4.12.26 V6 installed

I am not able to create a sim contact on both devices. Everytime when i trying to add a sim contact i get an error message. I fill out the Name and the number field, than i press ok. Now i get the error (there was an error occured - Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten) See also attached scrennshot. Now i only can press "Änderungen Verwerfen - Cancel changes" and no contact is saved on my sim. System is in german, keyboard also in german, maybe this is a problem? I can add sim contacts on my Galaxy S4 without any problems so the sim card should be ok. Any idea why it doesent work?

Dort gibt es eine Möglichkeit, einen SIM-Karte Kontant erschaffen, aber es funktioniert sehr oft nicht. Ich glaube Handys von Xiaomi haben Problem mit Kontakten auf SIM-Karte. Viele Leuten haben geschrieben, dass ihre Handys keine Kontakten zeigen, wenn sie auf der SIM-Karte gespeichert sind. Versuch den Kontakt in Handy speichern.

Try to create a phone contact, not a SIM contact. There are many reports regarding the contacts not showing when they are stored on SIM. I believe this is a related issue.

The existing sim contacts are shown all correctly. I use over years only sim contacts. I wont missing the ability to create sim contacts. For me its a very important feature. I am wondering why nobody else have this problem with adding sim contacts. Anyone can try to add a simcobtact on his phone pls. I have try also it with thirdparty apps like sim manager without luck. Maybe only chinese simcarts have this ability?
