Cannot download theme/font/anything from themes store

Every time I try to download something from the theme store, I get greeted by cannot download 300005 error.
Something similar happens when trying to transfer data using Bluetooth, it states that the connection was cancelled by the user.
ShareIt, Mi Mover or CloneIt also do not work, I cannot connect to the hotspot, or the application straight-up refuses to connect or cancels the connection.
What should I do/how should I fix it? (Same thing happened on 12.5.10 MIUI version)

I see you have multiple issues with connection.
Have you tried a factory reset?

Have you signed into your Xiaomi account?

Had a look just now. I reset the phone but did not wipe the cache... Everything seems to work now after the FR. Thank you very much
