Can't Enter In Recovery After Flash Eu Rom 6.4.7

I have a RN3 32Gb, after flashing the eu rom 6.4.7. I can't enter into TWRP recovery anymore. I have tried to reflash the recovery via flashify, Fastboot but no luck. Don't tell me I going to stuck with this 6.4.7 rom forever.
Reading some of the thread here but still can't find a solution to recover my Twrp. Could someone please help me. Thanks.

After fastboot flashing twrp do not disconect usb cable and type : fastboot reboot, after that click on enter and hold volume + button for 10 seconds until MI logo is on dev. screen and here is twrp
