Can't Install Xiaomi.eu Rom

Hi.
I'm having trouble with installing the latest eu rom.
I just bought the phone. I got Miui global 8.2 | stabile 8.2.2.0. ROM.
The phone was already unlocked.

This is what I did:

1) downloaded adb and twrp image
2)typed this commands in adb:
-adb devices
-adb reboot bootloader
-fastboot image

3)then it opend twrp
4)i did factory reset and rebooted phone

After that I got message that something stopped working. I have to restart phone. After that I'm at begining. I can't open twrp with Volume + and power, and have to set up my phone again.
Even when I put xiaomi.eu rom on device storage, I can't seem to find it when it opens twrp.

Hope someone expirienced can help me.

maybe your partition is encrypted

before trying to install the xiaomi.eu rom format data partition in twrp !!
then copy rom on your phone (internal storage) and install it

to install twrp (bootloader has to be unlocked):
-get your phone in fastboot mode
-connect to pc (usb)
-use following commands:
"fastboot.exe flash recovery twrp_sagit.img" [without quotes and however the *.img file is named]
- when finished reboot phone into twrp with command
"fastboot.exe boot twrp_sagit.img" [without quotes and however the *.img file was named]

So, I should be in twrp, select 'Wipe' -> 'Format data?
After that I should turn on device, enable usb debugging and copy eu rom to internal storage?

Yes.
No need to reboot.
To copy rom to device you can to that with twrp -> Mount (MTP has to activated, maybe you have to select internal storage too). The device (internal storage) should be recognized then by your computer.
Then select install and choose the rom (zip file) to install.

i have that problem. in first page on tutorial should be that stuff with MI6, how to format data, because is common problem and everybody is asking
