New Can't show notification and icon fail in some app

I use xiaomi mi 5x and miui ver 10 (8.7.12), and this is my some problem: Some app couldn't show notification in lock screen (Gmail, skype...), icon in notification not display and share icon display with border in square icon.

notification icon bug confirmed on Mi Note 3, too.
