Hey ! im currently on xiaomi.eu 1.0.15.0.UNACNXM with android 14- on my global xiaomi 14 ultra. When i triy to install the update via the .bat file, i get this error mesage. I have the right drivers and the device gets recognized via adb fastboot commands. How can i fix this? I never crooted the phone or changed anything,besides flashing xiaom,i .eu

Try different usb cable.
It happens the same with my phone, and the problem was the usb cable.
Also, sometimes, it help, reboot the phone in fastboot again.
I don't know why, but few times, the phone doesn't enter fastboot correctly, and must reboot again.
