I'm from Vietnam. Recently, our network code has been changed completely from one to another.
For examble, the code 08 (or +848) used to be belong to Ho Chi Minh city, but now is changed to other network provider. And the new code of Ho Chi Minh city is 028 (or +8428) from now on.
So. how can we change this, to make the phone display correctly?
