Clean Install Of Eu Rom

I have Xiaomi Mi4c which is rooted and it is on MIUI 8.1 by xiaomi.eu version 6.9.1 beta.

Now I would like to install the newest eu dev ROM but I would like to erase all data, all settings, everything and make a clean install of the newest eu dev ROM? Is it possible?

Copy the .zip file you need, reboot into TWRP, advanced wipe everything, install new .zip.

But if I wipe everything, won`t I also wipe the .zip file?

I want to be sure because I wouldnt want to make the whole procedure with bootloader unlocking, installing a chinese ROM, twrp and than EU Rom.

You need the .zip to flash. Place it on the phone after a complete wipe or place it on you SD Card.

• After wiping, go back to the main menu, select the 'Reboot' menu and choose to reboot into recovery.
  
  
• When you're in TWRP again, connect your phone to your PC via USB and put everything you wish to install somewhere on the phone.
