New CRT off animation still buggy

Hello guys. I still have problems with the crt off animation, I'm using my galaxy s2 on miui 3.7.19.
window, transition and animator duration scale is on 0.5, so crt off shouldn't be visible but it is.

If I press the power button while on the lockscreen, the display flashes once and does not lock my phone. The same problem has already been described by other people: http://miuiandroid.com/community/threads/3-6-14.20842/page-7

I'd like to disable ctr-off animation completly.

#Push, any ideas? Still the same problem, especially if you quickly turn your phone on and off again, for example to just quickly check the time.
