CTS fail and Google Play "device is not certified"

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I just bought a 2nd hand Xiaomi Note 5 and have a couple of problems

1)Google Play "Device is not certified"
2) Safety Net test fails.
CTS profile match:false
Advice: LOCK_BOOTLOADER

I don't know what this means and I don't know how to fix it. I really appreciate any help

I looked up how to LOCK_BOOTLOADER and read if twrp is installed it can permanently brick the phone. How would I check if twrp is installed?

Hello, it is not a general Xiaomi forum, but a forum dedicated to the Xiaomi.eu custom ROM.

It seems that you have a custom ROM installed on your phone, so the probability of bricking it by locking the bootloader is high.

The shortcut to access TWRP is Down + Power during the boot I believe.
