Customising Miui

Hi there,

Just installed Miui on my HTC Desire and have a few queries:

1) I try to change my wallpaper and it won't let me (despite saying it was successful) the screen stays black. I can change lock wallpaper with no issues.

2) Is it possible to change my status bar, i.e the signal icon etc, which is currently green. Its just the green doesn't go with the whole white/orange theme of miui.

It its from android 3.0 theme but I built it into my own theme which its in the theme section hy5.8
