Data Usage

Hi,

My phone , Mi4 64GB WCDMA is running the latest ROM Version. Since I started using the autopower off / on function the following is happening.
1. the phone starts as expected at the right time.
2. It's within the range of my Home W-Lan
3. It takes a few minutes and than it connects to the Data Network of the Telco ( German telecom ) and they deduct 0.99 ct for a daily flat.

That's a bit annoying and I wonder which part or program in the phone is ignoring the available wifi connection ? This morning I watched it starting up and wifi was there and the phone was connected to the wlan. Most of my apps are anyhow only online when connected to a W-lan

Anybody with a clue ? Besides switching off "Data" in the Mobile Network Setting

i think its the WiFi-only limitation for downloads thats affecting u.

Got to the Downloads app. click the little gear icon on the top right of the app to enter the settings for the app, and you’ll find the data usage slider right there. This controls all data usage and downloads on a system level.

Set it to unlimited & i think everything should work.
