Hi there.

Before 5 months ive flashed to my new MI8 EE xiaomi.eu custom rom. At first i thought its weekly bug, but later realized that for some reason i guess my Persist partition got corrupted after flash. Doesnt matter if i click on Auto Brightness or set it manually. It just stays where i leave it off. On Sensors shows that there is no sensor..

Reflashed new TWRP so i can mount Persist, then re-flashed, cleaned cache and dalvik, restarted but nothing changes. All this few times last couple of weeks, nothing chnges.. Please any help?

Try to go back to China stable with mi flash tool...check if it's working or you might have a hardware issue. And then flash again Xiaomi.eu

Thank you for your answer. I didnt wanted to lose my data, so i was hoping for a method which will keep my data. As far as i read china stable/weekly fastboot rom includes persist (which ive both tested) but isnt included in flash_all.bat while flashing with mi flash tool.

So i have to edit it or to leave it like that? Also i was afraid that it might re-lock bootloader or lose my original wifi/bt mac which happens to some people over internet.
