On "System->Battery Settings->Battery Use" the data is not reset when the phone has been unplugged. Monitor Power Usage is turned on. I noticed it first on 1.8.12.

Uhm, that's not a bug 
It just shows you continously how the battery was used, even if you charge it, from the moment you turn on the monitoring. You need to turn it off/on to reset it.

Hmmm. When my Desire had consumed 1756160µAh which is 1.75 Ampere in one hour since last charge (which was just some minutes ago) it should had burned up!
Sorry, but this a bug... ;-)
