Hello, I have your rom installed on the mi8 device, when I click the dialer it opens on the contacts and not on the call log and can not dial except by going manually to the call log

We don't have the problem you describe. Clicking on the dialer icon opens the "Recents" (aka call log).

Seems to be happening completely randomly and only on Hebrew language. Never happens on English. Not sure I'll be able to even find the reason for this.

The app was not closed, it is still in Right-to-Left layout. After changing to English, force close the app first.
