did i just bricked my phone help

so decided to flash my rom china to global using mi flash and i forgot to click the clean all and it stay in clean all and lock so when i click flash it say
"this MIUI version can't be installed on this device" when i try to fastboot it not work when i try the 3 option its stuck in recovery mode so i have a question.
1.can this be fix?
2. what did i do wrong?

Hi need install china fastboot rom by edl mode

or you can try with Mi PC suiyte to flash China rom in stock recovery
