All of our ROMs have Xiaomi dialer. The version you're asking about is an official Global ROM, not our ROM, so no idea.

hi Igor
in short in this forum i can custom roms ,and they all include the Xiaomi dialer ,but it's not very easy to install with the Updating via Updater app
for mine xioami redmi note 7 there is only xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote7_V12.5.7.0.QFGCNXM_v12-10.zip , but it's no global it's chinese
thanks

If you are not currently using the ROM, you need to unlock the bootloader, and do a first install. You can't directly update to a different ROM.

The fact that the ROM is based on the China ROM does not really matter here.
