Dose Carrier traffic adjustment removed from 5.1.30

Hi There

I just updated to 5.1.30 for my MI2S, and found that there's no option for me to set-up an automatic carrier traffic adjustment.

I'm wondering that does this option removed from 5.1.30?

As I'm living in China, I found that this option is quiet useful for me as I'm using a Chinese Carrier.

This option is present in chinese stock rom but not in ours.

40,506 People in China using this rom, roughly 25% of total user.

So I think you should not ignore the need of 25% of your user.

That statistic is two years old... we dont collect those datas anymore...

It's so sad to hear that....

btw, seems that there is a bug exist in the rom from V5 and still in V6, the time zone will automatic back to +2 after reboot.
