Downclocking hd2

I down clocked the hd2 to 700 mhz. Now have zero crashes. Don't feel and lag also.

I haveoverclock the HD2 without any issue.
Maybe you need to make a wipe instalation in order to overcome the crashes

You should use setcpu, I used it to overclock my hd2 to 1190mhz. It very good program.
