Downgrade from 12.0.2 to 12.0.1

Good evening from Spain. I hope this has not been asked before, probably it was but I haven't found an answer. Recently I upgraded my Note 9 pro from QJZMIXM 12.0.1 to 12.0.2. I have been having some problems (Termux not working,my Sony Smartwatch 3 deleting apps installed via adb...) that I dind't have before so I would like to downgrade. Is it possiblse just patching the .zip file in TWRP without having to format Data?

Ok, solved. Termux 0.105 is broken, and Sony SW3 is working finen after reinstalling the firmware. Anyway, I would like to know if downgrading involves Data formatting.

Hello again. No, it is far away from been solved. The watch worked with Miui 12.0.1 and works with phones in Android 9 but with Miui 12.0.2 it doesn't.
Here is a workaround to make the watch sync and it does work, but the apps are removed from the phone in a few hours. As I said it worked in Miui 12.0.1. Any help is welcome, as I need the watch to monitor my sugar blood levels.
