Dual Sim, Dual Lte ?

I received my new Redmi Note 3 Pro from Aliexpress seller:
The product model code is 2015161 (global and prime edition)
I have problem with dual Sim use.
Can I use 2 LTE simcard at same time ?
Both provider don't support 2G...
Each card alone into the phone work perfectly, but with both in the same time one provider cannot connect..
The problem is hardware or software related ?

I FOUND A SOLUTION J'ai trouvé la solution!
I downloaded Network Signal Guru (in Play Store) and with root access I was able to set manually each frequency (band locking option) for simcard. I flushed all frequency I do not need and it's work!! One Sim LTE 4G data only and the other for calling only (seem to be 3G) So no need to have 2 phones lol

It's in french, I speak french... Avec cette application et avec l'acces root on peut selectionner manuellement les fréquences qu'on a besoin et désactiver les autres, c'est formidable! J'avais un conflit entre mes 2 cartes sim, aussitot que j'activais les données ma connection de l'autre carte sim se désactivait! Maintenant ça fonctionne et j'espère que ça pourrait aider d'autres avec des problèmes avec dual sim.
