New Earphones do not work on Mi5s

Hi everyone, I own a Mi5s with Xiami.eu 8.11.22, which occurs when I insert the headset, it does not recognize on the phone. After the update for Miui 10 it stopped working.
Could you help me solve this problem?

Just to let me know what I've been able to solve.

Very strange, but I passed isopropyl alcohol at the entrance of the phone with the help of a fine wrench, and it came back to work.
