Hello,

Yesterday I tried to install xiaomi.eu and had the same problem of "updating process ended with ERROR 7"
Tried to mi flash global and Chinese as starting point
Also tried TWRP latest 3.4.0-12 and 3.4.1b.
My phone was without any password protection as I suspected it might be a decryption problem.
Installed according to the instructions here in the thread...
I tried to install the latest version of XiaomiEu.

What can I do to solve?

Thanks guys!

Please see a picture with same problem as I had (I just tried a different version of Xiaomi.eu):

Try following the guide here

And the version you are trying to install is not the latest version.
You are trying to install "12.0.1.0 QJKCNXM"
the latest china stable is "12.0.8.0 QJKCNXM"

I tried. but after I format data I cannot find my xiaomi.eu file... how should I keep it? or re send it?
  1. Boot your device to TWRP Recovery.
  2. Go to “Mount“.
  3. Now, tap on “Enable MTP” option situated at the bottom right.
  4. After that, the device will be recognized on your PC.
  5. Just transfer the desired files to your device and start flashing them via the “Install” feature of TWRP.

OK. this + reboot after the format data back to recovery solved it.
Thank you very much bro!

Everything works well on my phone with newest xiaomi.eu version except for Xiaomi sim activation which I am not sure why but is not activating properly....

Thanks again!

It's good your phone works well now :)
Which of the Xiaomi.eu rom did you flash, Android 11 or android 10

NOTE: Sim activation usually incur carrier charges to send activation sms

I installed the Android 10 (ver 12.0.8.0) at start and then with the updater updated to 12.1.3.0 which is android 11...

No problem with SIM costs I want to have backup of sms and calls...

Thank you again!

You have been using wifi?
Use data, and make sure you recharge your mobile airtime
It should work

By "recharge your mobile airtime" i mean
"Make sure you have top-up your line by adding money to your line"
Because sim activation will be billed by your carrier for sending SMS

EDIT: I'm here to help ;)

Got you! I have a lot of money now in my line account so I guess this is not the problem....

Thanks!
