New Exchange Online Account Not Syncing

I have 2 (actually 4 but I only use 2 on my mobiles) Exchange Online Accounts, one of which is not syncing correctly.

In the Android outlook app it does work, but with the embedded "accounts" I don't get any connection. Why is this?

As an aside I think it might have something to do with that account requiring encrypted storage (because that is what it did on my previous phone, an OPO) Since I flashed TWRP I removed the encrypted storage and I don't seem to be ably to re-encrypt it (my phone just reboots). Still, the account did get installed under the outlook app, and I don't get any error thrown by the operating system.

Does anybody have insights as to why this is happening?
 
Same Problem here, new MI5 pro 64GB phone, i have 2 Office365 buisines account..
The native mail app does not sync ... handshake error ......
