Fastboot not detected XIAOMI 13 ULTRA

HI, i bought a Xiaomi 13 Ultra from giztop shop, with a GLOBAL ROM installed on. i was trying to install a EU ROM via Fastboot but the pc do not detect the device. i have already set on the debug USB and the OEM seems to be already unlocked. someone who can help with that??

Install Tools and Drivers
- install USB drivers & adb and fastboot tools (Windows 10)
- install SDK Platform Tools (Windows 10 & 11 / Mac / Linux)
- install xiaomi drivers (sometimes necessary)
-> a small [howto] if you have driver issues

i have done all the things and it's worked but NFC Pay apps still doesn't work (not only google pay) why?

You give almost no information, it's hard to help you.
- Did you use the "first_install_with_data_format" script during the installation?
- Have you installed the xiaomi.eu ROM or the EEA ROM for sure?
- Did you restore the backup (Settings section) created in the Global ROM?
- Have you rooted your device?

-Yes i used first install ecc
- i have installed the EU Stable ROM from MiFirm 14.0.17
- i have restored the backup made in global rom with google one
- i did not root my device

Try this:
1) Delete TWRP folder in storage (if you have it)
2) Turn off "Developer Options" (if active)
3) Clear DATA application
- Google Play Store
- Google Play service
- Google Wallet
Restart the device
