I recently purchased a Poco X4 PRO 5G and the fast charge plug that came with in appears to be faulty. It worked three times and then just stopped working. I have tried changing adapters(Two pin to UK), charging cables etc. and nothing is getting it working.
I have checked the fast charge cable which works in other plugs fine. The adapters are working perfectly with other plugs as well. Its just the plug itself. Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there any way to get a new plug or has anyone found a solution to fix a plug?
