As we know the majority of the people fail to read the rules to post bugs in the appropriate bugs section on the forum.
So my suggestion would be to just disable replies in the ROM releases thus forcing people to write in the bugs section when they encounter them. No one has time reading 20+ pages of people reporting different bugs every release (if the bug reports are even helpful is another story...)
