Xiaomi 17 revolut / google wallet fix!​

Prerequisites​

• Xiaomi 17 Pro Max with unlocked bootloader
• ADB + Fastboot installed on PC
• USB debugging enabled on the phone
• The init_boot.img from your xiaomi.eu ROM package

Part 1: Install KernelSU Next​

( repeat same tutorial we previously did with magisk this time with KernelSU )

1. Copy init_boot.img to your phone ( use same init_boot.img from the original ROM (unflashed) )
2. Install the KernelSU Next APK on your phone.
   • https://github.com/KernelSU-Next/KernelSU-Next
3. Open KernelSU Next → tap Install → select the init_boot.img file → let it create a patched image.
4. Copy the patched init_boot.img back to your PC.
5. Flash it,
   For the noobs : Power down your phone
   volume down + power button 10 sec
   in ADB type " Fastboot flash init_boot (file source here, just drag and drop the file onto cmd ) "
6. After reboot, open KernelSU Next — it should show Working.
7. Go to KernelSU Next → Superuser tab → allow root access for Shell / com.android.shell. And BankID
   
   
8. Reboot

Part 2: Install Magic Mount Metamodule​

KernelSU Next does not mount modules by default. Without a metamodule, no modules will work.

1. Download the Magic Mount metamodule.
   • https://modules.kernelsu.org/module/meta-mm/
2. Open KernelSU Next → Modules → Install from storage → select the zip.
3. Reboot.

Part 3: Fix Revolut & Play Integrity​

Install these modules through KernelSU Next → Modules → Install from storage. Install all four, then reboot once.

1. ZygiskNext— standalone Zygisk implementation

2. Integrity Box— Play Integrity fix toolkit
   • https://github.com/MeowDump/Integrity-Box
3. TEESimulator— key attestation spoofing

4. Tricky Store Addon— target list for banking apps
   • https://github.com/KOWX712/Tricky-Addon-Update-Target-List
5. Reboot.
6. After reboot, open Integrity Box → tap the first icon to auto-configure.
7. If any banking app still doesn't work, go to Integrity Box → Toolkit → Bank Mode.

First of all Thankyou for sharing this.
I own a Xiaomi 14.
I come from HyperOS 1 rooted and I was not able to use Wallet for the last.... year?
Finally I have decided to upgrade to HyperOS 3 (dirty install)
After the installation i uninstalled Magisk and all related apps to the previous root.

Now I wanted to follow this procedure, but honestly I found it very difficult to follow as all changed a lot since last time I did.

1.- Installed WildKSU Manager APK (v 3.1.2)
2.- Copied xiaomi.eu_HOUJI_OS3.0.302.0.WNCCNXM_16\images\init_boot.img
3.- Download AnyKernel3 First problem

I understood I dont need to check the android Version but the Kernel
My Android System Info says:

Then which is the correct kernel? because I also read that i dont need to check the subversion but I need to make sure is newer than the security Update, Im confused.
Is this the correct one?

You are right. My appologies. I change to 6.1.138.But my phone works with 6.1.118 for 2 months without problem

I have a few doubts, maybe you can help me

As I saw that my Kernel is 6.1.138 android 16 (Huoji (Xiaomi 14) HyperOS3) I downloaded the 6.1.138-android14-2025-06-AnyKernel3.zip
I patched my init_boot.img with WKSU but then im not able to flash.
fastboot flash init_boot WKSU_Patched_boot_init.img

The init_boot is 8Mb
The WKSU_Patched_boot_init.img is 32 Mb (if i remember correctly)

When I try to flash it complains that the image is too big to be flashed. (FAIL)
Then I understand I need to do from recovery - TWRP or similar, right?

I copied fastboot folder from Xiaomi.EU unzipped folder to where i download modules and patched files (bin\windows\)

3.- List devices just to check
bin\windows\fastboot devices

4.- Flash New Kernel
TRY: bin\windows\fastboot boot wild_ksu_patched_gki_20260428_185902.img
Phone had no bootloop, and WKSU detected the root.

Then Flash
Flash: bin\windows\fastboot flash boot wild_ksu_patched_gki_20260428_185902.img

REBOOT: bin\windows\fastboot reboot

5.- After restart open Wksu
in my wksu a few modules already were installed/Activated.
I downloaded and Installed with the (+) icon:

Tricky Addon module: https://github.com/KOWX712/Tricky-Addon-Update-Target-List/releases
TEESimulator v3.2 module: https://github.com/JingMatrix/TEESimulator/releases
Integrity-Box module: https://github.com/MeowDump/Integrity-Box/releases

Zygisk Next was there, activated

uninstalled the rest

6.- After restart
Followed exactly

8. Start Root manager, start TeeSimulator ( or TrickyStore or TeeSimulator-RS, depend what you install)
select all App or your selection (mandatory all banks what you use and some app like xiaomi home) (three dots or line press for Menu)
Select Valid Keybox,
"Save" (blue text),

And Also followed

start "Integrity Box"
Press first icon. In case of problem with bank app, press Secon icon, Toolkit, see picture, Toolkit, Utility Box

9. Exit Root Manager and Test
That all, you got 3 level

At the moment:
I can add my bank cards to wallet (wallet is not complaining BUT havent paid anything yet)
I CAN use revolut ans other Bank apps
Apps like Yuka (very sensitive to root, dont ask me why) can be installed.

Remove all modules and install only what is in tutorial

Cleaned all other moduled

When I select "Keybox-Valid" it says that I need to check my internet connection in a red floating box. I have internet/data. Same under wifi.
Integrity is OK (it was before too)

I will try swapping from
PIF-inject -> Integrity Box
Tricky store -> TeeSim RS
Tricky store add on -> tricky store enhanced

I cannot swap magisk for KSU as it's not supported on my device. Therefore I cannot add SUSFS or Brene either.

after that start integrity box, tricky store rs to fix integrity. Probably google see that you have unlocked bootloader because no susfs protection
