Because ROMs are primarily intended for CN devices.

If you have a Global device you do not need this fix if you install any derivative of the Global ROM (TU,TW, RU, MI, EEA, ID, etc).
You would have to use it if you installed the stock CN ROM.

Hallo, I had the same signal problem. I bought Xiaomi 14 at China and bring it back to Indonesia, apparently the signal was lost, can't register to network.

These last 2 months, i tried to turn.on anf off the flight mode, sometimes it works, and onceit works, it will have the issue on daily basis which can be solved by flight mode.

This time, already 2 days without signal. I tried the fix tool on tjis post, but not working due to its still locked. Below is the error message. Please help

This thread is for Xiaomi 14 global version, as the thread title says.
Since your bootloader is locked, you even don't use the xiaomi.eu ROM. This thread has nothing to do with your problem.

The best solution is to unlock the bootloader and install xiaomi.eu custom ROM.
Or return the device to the seller.
