Flashing Xiaomi.eu Using Temporary Twrp?

Hello, I've got a xiaomi mi max prime with official global miui 8.5.1 with unlocked bootloader.

I know it's possible to boot into temporary twrp using "fastboot boot twrp.img" in command line.

Can I flash xiaomi.eu 7.8.31 by using temporary twrp holding stock recovery?

I've heard some issues for flashing erroneous twrp over android 7 scheme partitions. I'm not sure what twrp i have to choose for mi max helium with android nougat 8.5.1. By the way, i think if it was possible using temporary twrp to flash xiaomi.eu it would be less risky.

And you can't install our ROM via stock recovery of course..
