I specifically experienced it while using Facebook Messenger on floating window when reacting to the messages. There are also cases where the floating windows flickers on the last position it was in and touch inputs in that area will not be detected. Issue arises from the build before 21.9.28. I am using Redmi K30 Pro/POCO F2 PRO.
