FM Radio on HTC Desire HD (Ace)

Is it normal that the FM Radio application is not present on the MIUI ROM on HTC Desire HD (Ace)?
Is it be possible to install it manually?

Yes its normal since Desire HD is not supported any longer thus its not stock Sense based. And no, you can't install Sense FM radio.
