For those who are using MIUI 12.5 , is it really significantly faster and use less battery? (vs MIUI 12.0 stable)

according to the new release.. they claim faster and less battery... i dont want to update unless it truly brings improvements... does it?

Its up to you to decide between a running version on your phone or change to a weekly beta with some new functions and perhaps some issues. In my opinion there are no fantastic new functions

On RN8 with it I definitely have way more RAM available. was around 2 GB out of 4 GB, now it is around 2.6 GB with the same apparent running apps. Battery life is more difficult to judge, it might be worse but since it is a new Android version and a new weekly I might be using it more heavily, also I am using BT more since they fixed it finally for this phone model.
