From Eu Rom To Global Rom

HI,
I'm currently using EU Rom 7.5.7.0 Stable with TWRP 3.0.2.0.
My questions are:
1. Is it easy to change to Global Rom 7.5.2.0 MAAMIDE?
2. Can I do it through TWRP (clean install)?

I've tried miui 8 6.7.21 and 6.7.28 with twrp Installing the rom and stay the boot logo.

I think because of the custom boot.img of eu roms you have to use miflash with flash all checked to go back to global official roms.
