Frustrated with automatic suspicious IP blocking

I am pretty frustrated with the automatic suspicious IP blocking in place on this website. I can hardly view posts or reply without see that irritating webpage. I am human, not a bot! Anyone can do anything?

I think that is not the point. The point is that IP filtering is too aggressive.
