G1 vacuum cleaner - Firmware update problem

Hello,
I have a problem while updating the firmware of Mijia G1 vacuum cleaner global version, from 2.0.8.6138 to 2.0.8.6139. When I start the upgrade the download stucks at 0% for few seconds, then the windows is reloaded to the "start upgrade" step. So I cannot go on.

I tried to remove the G1 from the app and even to do thr factory reset of the vacuum cleaner. I'm located in Italy.

Can someone help me?

But no luck, it doesn’t move from 0%

I tried again right now and it worked! I was able to download and update.
