Resolved galaxy note 3.6.7 bug

Didn't see anyone posting here about this bug.
Since 3.5.24 the n7000 ports have a very annoying sms bug,the sms text box,at the bottom of the screen,is corrupt and you can't enter text there.Instead i'm using contacts+ as my massaging solution.
Is there any solution for this bug ? and is the beta team trying to fix it ?

I'm using Hebrew but the bug is there even before flashing the language Pack.
