Is there anyway to enable GeoTagging for pics taken by the camera?

Yes enable it in the camera settings accessed whilst in camera app

I have Store Location enabled

Now open a photo via gallery and hit the info "i" on the bottom left. should show your location if you had gps enabled when taking it.

Thanks for the help with this guys I've found the root cause of the problem and it's got nothing to do with MIUI.

For some reason if I post photos to Mobypicture via the Multi Image Uploader plug-in the Geotag information isn't displayed.

However if I use Mobypicture's own Android App all is good with the location of the photo.
