Google Now (voice Output) Does Not Work On All Android 7 Devices

Unfortunately on all xiaomi devices with Android 7 it does not work


I've tried any kind of editing and setting but I could not talk Google.
When I ask something, for example: what time is it ? The answer appears while you should normally answer the voice. This is a key feature on all Android devices. It's sad that xiaomi can not fix the problem.

It's also difficult to use the phone with voice commands, for example if I say: call John getting the answer: this can not be done with the phone locked (even though the device is unlocked)



Devices tested (with Android 7)

Xiaomi Mi5 - xiaomi mi5s - xiaomi mi max 2

On mi2s, mi4 cancro, redmi3 Google now work correctly (So the issue thinks it's about Android 7)

Try clearing the cache in app Google, and after reboot the device, to me it works perfectly on Mi 5c with 7.1.2

Yes, for this question I have voice but when I ask it for open app: ex. Phone Calculator Mess......it tell me that is not possible because the phone is locked, and opens the app only on the screen

Yes, I also have this problem. For example, in a car I can not even say: phone to mom. I too get the same answer (phone is locked).
Xiaomi is not possible, solve these problems!!!
Every week useless releases and when nothing for these basic Android features.

SOLUTION :

1. Go to Settings --> Lock screen & Password -->Select option Password & fingerprint in screen lock section--> enter your pattern or password--> turn Off Lock-->Again turn it ON using same steps given above.

why the icon voice search is invisible? If i unistall and reinstall the apk Google this icon reappears for a short time... Thanks

i think this assistant is selective in giving a voice response. just like the question of "what is the time now" it doesn't give a voice answer. but if i ask "do you know siri" the assistant comes up with a voice response. i do not know if this is natural or a bug in the os.

The lack of voice response to certain questions is definitely a very annoying bug

Still not working on Redmi 4x 7.9.21
Seems like fully recorded answers are there but generated ones aren't.
If I say "remind me about xy" (Do you want to save?) "Yes"
And then lock the device before the answer of the Assistant ended, I will hear "reminder saved" every single time I unlock my phone
