Invalid Google pay Device doesn't meet security requirements Xiaomi 13 pro

I went to make a contactless payment and was greeted with a message saying that


"Your device doesn't meet security requirements

You can't pay contactless with this device. It may be rooted or running uncertified software. Contact your device manufacturer or visit Google Wallet Help for more info.

This is on my 13 pro running EU 14.0.26.0.TMBCNXM stable

It's been working consistently, and just randomly didn't work today.

Issue resolved it self on my end. I disabled OEM unlocking and developer mode. 16 hours later it was fixed. Not sure if me changing the settings fixed it, or if it just resolved itself.

Update, gpay is now working. Safetynet still doesn't pass though but everything works as intended.
