You can buy authorized Mi Accounts using this site: https://s-unlock.com/ It's a one time only account and you can only flash a China ROM. You can flash Global later if you need to. If you mess it up, you'll need to pay for another account.
Where they get their accounts from I wish I knew.
in my case i gave it to xiaomi service center they changed my motherboard and now it working good... if you have a warranty they will repair it for free if not you have to pay
in here customer services are very bad. so i need authorised mi account. anyone plz give an authorised account.

Don't have a bricked device, currently still Anti 3!
