2.Is Xiaomi.EU Rom complient with EU standards?
Every info appritieted.

1. Not likely, as a bootloader can always be relocked and an official ROM flashed.
2. Tough question. What standards are you looking for? Our ROMs have Call recording enabled, which probably already makes them non-compliant with EU standards. We go for 'maximum features' rather than 'maximum restrictions', which is what the EU expects of manufacturers.

Thanks for the explanation about first question
For the second one I would say what has MIUI EEA implemented. Can you get in trouble having Xiaomi.EU in your pocket? If not i would rather have this then MIUI EEA.
