Did you try turn it OFF and ON..?

I can open the camera and it displays what it sees but it is stuck in the sense that no button works

check if you have real Xiaomi Hongmi or FAKE... check it with CPU-Z... do you have our ROM installed on it..?

My phone is real Xiaomi Hongmi , imei is 864645021741183 , and miui version 13
