Help me, no Imei, device hot, and no recharge battery

Hi all. I ve bought two xiaomi mi1s from ibuygou.com. I have this 2 problems:
The first one dont have imei. I cant make calls, or connect to wifi, phone in settings says unknown baseband and unknown imei (also it dont detect sim, i ve tryed different operators).
The second one, have charging problmes (dont charge at all) and become hot when using it.
All of them have stock firmware. I ve downloaded xiaomi update to miui v5, but nothing, still the same problem here. Any help is appreciated.

If I buy a phone and it's broken I'm likely to look for help with the vendor, he doesn't say they have jumped into action for help!
