help rear camera fault

Hi guys just brought a new redmi note 2 weeks ago and it has a problem with the rear camera. There is no option to switch. I've tried clear cache, tried reset to factory and checked in hardware *#*#6484#*#* and it won't open in that.

So last night I decided I would open up my phone and check out the camera module. I've discovered that something is pushing on the connection and making it play up everytime I put the rear plastic back on. So after many hours stuffing with the rear cover I discovered that all i needed was a little piece of tissue under the cover to hold it in properly. Which it now works.

Now I'm left with the problem of if my phone is real or fake. Imei and sn have no details. Anti fake says fake antutu says real with 32000 score. I've updated with what I believe to be real miui. So any ideas?
