Help with Xiaomi13 Ultra bootloop

I have an Xiaomi 13 Ultra that have been stucked in bootloop. After many tries it started but only in Safe mode. After that it started like brand new, in normal mode...but with all data erased (like new phone). Any idea with recovering the lost files. Many thanks in advance for any help

There are some pc programs like DroidKit, you connect your phone to pc and see what they can do, good luck trying. I never used before, just search from internet.

Flash the ROM again but remember NOT TO LOCK bootloader if it is not the original region ROM. As long as you get to fastboot, you can recover.
