Hongmi Low volume

IDK if anyone has this issue or even noticed, but 6 months ago I had an XT910 from motorola and a new pair of headphones that reach 105db lossless but now with my Hongmi i don't feel even close to 60
is it just me?

I've also experienced low voluve, but not on the headphones. It just rings very low (although volume is on max) and I cannot hear it.
