hongmi turns off when usb plugged in..

for some reason when i Plug in either usb or plug charger the phone turns off.

if i turn it on again it either turns off as soon as it boots (while cable still connected) or stays on for a while then eventually reboots...

tried full wipe and flashed rom again although the same occurs... when it didnt use to do this with the same ROM... I am using the miuiandroid_multi_HM2013022_TD_JHACNAL5.0_jb-4.2.zip

A long shot, but do you have an SD Card inserted? If so, maybe it is corrupted, so remove it and try if it works.

I have same problem with Original ROM. I test with this rom now .

I have that to with stable 13, but I think only happens with one USB cable. With other cables work fine, or could be just coincidence
