I'm experiencing an issue with stable ROM 8.2.1.0: hotspot wifi function doesnt'work properly.With hospot (tethering) activated, only connected smartphones can access to internet, while Windows PC can't: "no network access", "limited access". In the first time, I have thought to a limitation from my Mobile Operator, but putting the SIM in another smartphone, this problem is solved. With Stable ROM 8.1.3 thethering worked very well.
What do you think about it?
