How to buy Mi Credit?

Hi,
I see some great themes but It's cost 1-3 Mi Credit, I tried to buy it but it's foward me to some chinese pages. Is there any way to get Mi credit by sms or Paypal?

It's not possible (yet) to buy MiCredits outside of China. As far as I know it's only possible to buy with a Chinese bankaccount.

There was a question on the official forums if there is going to be a solution for non China users with the new theme policy.
An admin replied that they are searching for a solution.
So there might be a change that we can buy MiCredits in the future but not for now.

Is it possible to transfer mi credits from user to user?
Most Chinese are pretty friendly so I'm thinking one might make a friend, pay him via PayPal or similar and have him transfer the credits?

We're not talking hundreds of dollars here so I'm not to worried about being scammed.
